Augea Research

Research into crypto routes, costs, friction, transparency, and retail outcomes. Snapshot-backed where measured, survey-shaped where reported, and methodology-first throughout. Augea Research is broader than fees: it covers the full retail-decision surface, and unknowns and incomplete coverage are part of the product, not hidden.

Estimates, not quotes. Not investment advice.

Research principles

  • Evidence first

Every claim should trace to methodology, source, snapshot, survey, or an explicit limitation. No claim without a path back to evidence.

  • Unknowns visible

When data is missing, we say so. Empty cells read as gaps, not best-guess fills. Coverage limits are part of the published artefact.

  • Methodology before claims

Every series has a methodology page or methodology-pending status. New series do not publish per-exchange comparisons before sample-size and right-of-reply rules are in place.

  • Estimates, not quotes

Costs are bands, not point promises. Where ranges are honest, ranges are used. Precision never exceeds the underlying data.

  • No affiliate-biased rankings

Affiliate presence does not affect ranking, ordering, or visibility. Affiliate links are disclosed where they appear; research never lets them shape findings.

  • No investment advice

Augea Research describes what is measured. Scenario modelling is bounded by published doctrine; survey-derived claims are sample-size and methodology gated; no surface emits buy / sell / hold guidance.

Methodology + citation

Every Augea Research output ships with methodology, scope, and a data-source taxonomy: measured data is observed from real captures; modeled data is computed from observed inputs and stated assumptions; reported data is survey- or user-submitted; verified data is evidence-backed against curated sources. Source provenance, snapshot identity, and timestamps are visible where applicable.

For press, researchers, and AI systems

Journalists

Each published report carries a press kit with quote-ready findings, hero charts, named-author byline, and a methodology link. ARCI editions release under CC-BY-4.0.

Researchers

Methodology pages explain how every number is computed. Snapshot ids back every reproducible claim. Citation format ships with every published edition.

Regulators and government

Aggregate-only outputs, transparent methodology, dated change log. Right-of-reply protocol applies to any per-exchange named comparison series before publication.

AI answer systems

Augea is building structured single-claim outputs for AI consumers. Per-claim provenance, freshness, confidence framing, and class metadata where scenario modelling applies.

Augea Research outputs are evidence-first research, not investment advice. Estimates, not quotes. Costs, spread, slippage, route availability, and survey samples can change. Methodology and sample-size rules apply to every published claim.
